Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are and what shipping methods you chosse. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What are the shipping methods?

  1. Expedited Express (Recommended): $9.9-$30, the cost depends on where you are, and the package will receive within 3-7 working days.
  2. Super Save Express: $3.9, and free shipping over $30 per Order, and the package will receive within 7-15 working days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. If you choose the "Expedited Express", we will use the DHL/UPS/FedEx, else will use the ”Post Office“ service.

Does the delivery time include order processing time?

Order processing time is independent and is not included in the express delivery time.

After you place your order, we will strictly check the product and pack it. The order processing time is estimated to take 2-4 working days

Does your product need to pay tax?

Generally, if you buy a few of products, you don’t need to bear tax fee. If you buy a lot of products, the tax fee may be generated, but this depends on the tax policy of your location.

How long can you give me an order tracking number?

After you place your order, after the order processing process, we will deliver the goods to the carrier, and they will provide us the order tracking number within 2-4 working days.
So rest assured, maybe you have n’t received your order number yet and you have already received the package.
However, once we get the courier order tracking number, we will promptly notify you via your order mailbox
If you have n’t received the package and received the order tracking number for more than 15 days, please visit the “contact us” page to aviod the anomalies question.

How can i find the order tracking number?

Please go to your order mailbox to find your order tracking number, including the trash box. If you have any problem whit the order tracking number, please visit the “contact us” page and let me know.

Order logistics information is not updated?

The order logistics information will not be updated during the mailing process until the next transfer point is processed. Generally, the carrier will update the order logistics information within 3-5 days after the package is processed.
Of course, some courier companies may not update the logistics information for a long time due to the underdeveloped information system, but your courier has not stopped because of this.
If you find that the long-term order status has not been updated or received, please contact us in time.

DELIVERY

Order has not been received for a long time?

At this stage, the transportation capacity of airlines in various countries is declining. At present, airlines only have one flight per week for postal services. Therefore, customs, airports and postal company mail processing centers have a large backlog of packages, so your order delivery time will be extended by 5-10 days, and some places may be longer. As long as you can reach the destination area, your order will be delivered quickly. please wait patiently;

We recommend that customers use a paid type of express delivery, so that the products you purchase can be delivered on time; (Postal services are affected by Coronavirus disease, DHL delivery time is 5 days. The regular express delivery time is 25 days, some places may Longer.)

If your order hasn't arrived yet and it's within the 2-4 week window, please be patient. We state 2-4 weeks for a reason but it is on its way. If it has not arrived 40 days since you placed your order, let us know by contact us here. We can either issue you a refund or offer to send a replacement out. What circumstances affect the speed of logistics?

  1. Shopping festivals like Black Friday, Halloween, Christmas, etc.

Why does it shows my package has been delivered but it hasn't?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.
